ARE YOU PRINTING YOUR PHOTOS?

Remember the excitement of dropping your roll of film off at the pharmacy? Or even better, having to wait in anticipation for them to be returned in the mail? Isn't it true that we live in an instant satisfaction world? How many of you have old black and white photos of your parents or you and your family when you were young? They may be tucked away in an old photo album that your mom or grandmother put together, including the blurry, out of focus ones of irrelevant objects. But, I will say, those were the good ole days! Today we can easily get instant results with our iPhones and digital cameras. But where do they really go? Online? Sitting on an SD drive or hard drive for years? Think about how many hundreds of photos that have been taken and never saved or printed.

As a photographer and family historian, I really want to encourage you to occasionally get a nice professional photo of you and/or your family and not only have them professionally printed, but display them proudly in your home. An important aspect of my brand is to creatively and carefully help you to create heirloom portraits, then print them as art pieces.

Let's all exist in our photos. Let's pass down our likeness to our future descendants to see our faces and know who we are. Think of how exiting it is when we open those old photo albums and reminisce. Let's give that gift to the next generation!
